After the problem should be resolve!Caution: If you import the file 'ls20xx-12230.ros' the problem happens again.
I am using NMM 0.63.13 with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, managing mods for Fallout 4. When downloading a mod file, the download will stop progressing for no apparent reason. Both progress and download ET. Also try uninstalling the mod manager and reinstalling If you download a mod and it fails this could help. Nexus mod manager error unable to finish download. It looks like the Nexus downloads work just fine with Mod Organizer, even using the same 'Download with Manager' links that cause 'Error: unable to finish download' with NMM, so it appears to be an issue exclusive to that manager.
